How to Install qBittorrent 4.4.0 on Ubuntu / Linux Mint

qBittorrent can be installed on Debian based systems from the official PPA

Step 1: Add the official PPA

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:qbittorrent-team/qbittorrent-stable

Step 2: Update the repository and install qBittorrent

sudo apt update && sudo apt install qbittorrent

How to Install qBittorrent 4.4.0 on Fedora

qBittorrent is officially packed on Fedora, so if you want to install the latest version simply upgrade the package or you can use the app image

Step 1: Download the App image from the qBittorrent download page

Step 2: Change the permissions

chmod 755 qbittorrent-4.4.0_x86_64.AppImage

Step 3: Execute the qBittorrent app image file

.\qbittorrent-4.4.0_x86_64.AppImage
