How to Install GIMP 2.10.28 in Ubuntu / Linux Mint

Step 1: Install Flatpak on your system by using the Flatpak setup guide

Step 2: Install GIMP using Flatpak

flatpak install flathub org.gimp.GIMP

Step 3: Run GIMP

flatpak run org.gimp.GIMP
