How to install Kid3 in Ubuntu / LinuxMint?

Step 1: Add the Kid3 PPA

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:ufleisch/kid3

Step 2: Update the repository

sudo apt update

Step 3: Install Kid3

sudo apt install kid3-qt

For CLI version use the below command

sudo apt install kid3-cli

Uninstall Kid3 in Ubuntu / LinuxMint

To uninstall the installed Kid3 run the below command

sudo add-apt-repository –remove ppa:ufleisch/kid3

sudo apt remove –auto-remove kid3*
