Method 1: Via PPA for Ubuntu & LinuxMint
Step 1: Add the unofficial audacity PPA
Step 2: Update the repository
Step 3: Install Audacity 2.4.1
Method 2: Via Flatpak for Ubuntu, LinuxMint & Manjaro Linux
Step 1: Setup Flatpak based on your distribution using Flatpak guide
Step 2: Install audacity using Flatpak
Step 3: Run Audacity
Uninstall Audacity 2.4.1
To uninstall audacity run the below commands
For PPA

Using Mint 20.04 and trying both methods above Audacity installs but when I try to run the program it just stays on the panel with a green line under it.
